Today I tried putting it down and and the top won't move at all. [deleted] • 3 yr. ago Everything I have ever researched says water getting in to the sunroof motor can and is a fairly common problem. I’d start by pulling codes and visually inspecting the motor/ connector. wsanchez99 • 3 yr. ago I believe the red light is only flashing because the sequence has stopped part way through. So once the obstruction is removed, the roof should close and the red light clear itself once the roof has closed. Denise & Keith.
